The BEST GF Spaghetti. Period!

Although in my experience, this takes a bit longer to cook than the packaging instructions would suggest, (hint: check your pasta often for done-ness when cooking) I find it's well worth the wait. It never overcooks and becomes mushy. Initially when added to boiling water, stir often for a time, using a fork to separate the strands, then it will quit sticking. The quinoa adds a protein to starch ratio that rivals durum semolina in taste and texture. The wonderful buttery yellow color is yet another bonus. This stuff is worthy of my best homemade sauces and that is really saying something. :o)
