This is the best bread I've tried. Other "gluten-free" breads often cause me to react with allergy symptoms but this does not. It toasts beautifully and I've even served it - cut in points - with dips and toppings as an appetizer to the delight of wheat-eating friends. Sadly, it's hard to get and is often out of stock!
