Sicilian blood oranges provide up to three times more vitamin C than other orange varieties. Anthocyanins [link/rollover], common in high-antioxidant berries, give these oranges the deep flesh color for which they are named. With a more complex flavor profile than traditional Seville orange marmalade, this fruit spread is sure to enchant all citrus lovers.
