These clams are excellent in clam chowder - which I'm addicted to, but stopped making it because I didn't want to eat canned clams packed with chemical preservatives and couldn't find a reliable source of fresh clams. I'm partial to New England style chowder made with a mix of heavy cream and half-and-half (no need for corn starch!), but I'm sure these clams would be delightful in any recipe calling for them.
