Go-Bio Gelatin, 6 sheets
Gelatin is a pure and easily digestible protein, providing many of the essential amino acids.
It can be used in a multitude of dishes, from desserts to hearty side dishes to drinks. It is naturally clear –un-flavoured, no colouring added, easy to use.
6 sheets will set 2 cups of liquid.
Directions: Soak 6 sheets 5 minutes in cold water. Remove gelatine, gently squeezing out water.
For Hot Dishes: Stir squeezed gelatine into 2 cups hot mixture until dissolved/
For Cold Dishes: Dissolve squeezed gelatine in 1/4 cup hot water, then slowly stir 1 3/4 cups cold mixture into gelatine. Chill for at least 4 hours.
Never boil gelatine!
