This pomegranate concentrate makes a truly delightful juice, although I prefer to mix it with 3 parts water, one glassful at a time, since the recommended mix was a little too strong for my tastes. And of course, the advantage of a pure concentrate is that you can mix it any way you want to.
The unique and special antioxidants in pomegranates are very helpful with my illness, but I quite enjoy it just for its own special taste. It has the consistency and every once in awhile a hint of the flavor of prune juice, but every time I think that I'm instantly aware of just how very different and better the pomegranate is. Hard to describe it, you just have to try it for yourself and see.
