We've slightly altered our traditional gluten free cracker recipe of organic, wheat free, whole grain brown rice, quinoa, flax seeds, and sesame seeds to exclude tamari for our new soy free Super Seed Crackers. Made with sunflower, pumpkin and poppy seeds, these crackers remain as crispy and satisfying as the Original Mary's Gone Crackers®, but with a distinctively different taste and look all their own.
