It works really good on my baby's sensitive skin. Whenever her skin starts getting red I apply the diaper cream and on the next diaper change I can already see the improvement. Usually the rash is gone in less than 24 hours. Now I apply it everytime I change her diaper and she never gets a rash. It also smells good and it is very smooth and easy to apply on the skin.
