With Nell's recipe and Paul's inspiration, the first fig bar made with organic figs, organic sugar, organic flour, and without hydrogenated oils was created. Fat-Free Fig Newmans sacrifice the fat without sacrificing any rich, delicious, sweet fig taste. Fig Newman's are made with figs grown organically in California.
