With Nell's recipe and Paul's inspiration, the first fig bar made with organic figs, organic sugar, organic flour, and without hydrogenated oils was created. Fig Newmans Low Fat variety is made with palm fruit oil, which has no trans fat and no cholesterol, and has less saturated fat than butter. All Fig Newmans are made with figs grown organically in California.
