They start with their farm-fresh certified organic skim milk and remove the water so it contains less than 5% moisture and less than 1.5% milk fat. A low-heat drying method preserves its nutritional value and yields a superior, rich taste. Perfect for cooking, camping, traveling or long-term storage. To reconstitute: Add 3 tablespoons Organic Valley Nonfat Dry Milk to 1 cup (8oz) cold water. Stir, shake or blend vigorously. For a richer, thicker taste, use 4-5 tablespoons dry milk to 1 cup cold water. Once reconstituted, this will last from 5 to 7 days in the refrigerator. Packaged in bulk in a paper sack. Pasteurized.
