Perfect for cooking, baking or drinking, our nonfat dry milk is made from Organic Valley's certified organic skim milk. Non-instant. Grade A.
Store in a cool, dry place. For best results, do not store in the refrigerator.
One bag makes 104 ounces of milk. To reconstitute: Add 3 tablespoons Organic Valley Nonfat Dry Milk to 1 cup (8oz) cold water. Stir, shake or blend vigorously. For a richer, thicker taste, use 4-5 tablespoons dry milk to 1 cup cold water. Once it is reconstituted, this will last from 5 to 7 days in the refrigerator. Kosher.
