I admit it, I'm a salt hound. I love tasting different salt and am always amazed how different various salts taste. This Hawaii red salt has a mellow salt flavor with what I can only describe as a bit of a smoky flavor to it. It's delicious on anything but particularly good in egg and potato salad and on any grilled vegetable or meat dish. Try it, you'll become a fan on first taste.
