Directions: 1. In a saucepan, heat 1 1/2 cups of milk and 1 1/2 tbsp. butter until butter melts.
2. Add packet contents to saucepan and stir until completely dissolved. Cook on medium heat for 5 minutes.
3. Add 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese and stir constantly for 20 seconds.
4. Remove from heat and serve orver freshly prepared fettuccine noodles, 8 oz. dry.
Makes 4 servings.
Suggested Uses: For pasta primavera, prepare as above and toss in fresh sauteed vegatables.
For alfredo style party potatoes, whip packet contents into 3-4 cups prepared mashed potatoes.
For a tasty appetizer clean and de-stem 1 lb. mushrooms. Mix packet contents with 8 oz. cream cheese, and 1 cup shredded chease. Spoon mix into mushroom caps and place in pan. Bake 15-20 minutes at 375 F. Lightly broil at end if desired.
