cookd and diced chicken

diced celery stalks

low fat yogurt or mayonaise
- 1
package Simply Organic Salsa Mix

Directions:

In a large bowl, combine chicken, celery and yogurt or mayonnaise. Stir in Simply Organic Salsa Mix. Refrigerate until served.
Serve on toasted bagels or in a wrap. For a lighter version, core a fresh tomato and fill with chicken salad.
