Ingredients:

hard boiled eggs
- 1
cup
sour cream
- 1
package Simply Organic Spinach Dip Mix
- 4
tablespoon
diced dill pickles or 1 TBS dill weed

Directions:

Hard boil eggs. Peel and slice eggs in half. Remove yolks, save half (9), discard the rest. Place yolks in a medium mixing bowl and combine with sour cream, Simply Organic Spinach Dip Mix, and diced dill pickles or dill weed. Cream mixture and spoon into each egg half. Chill until ready to serve.
