package Simply Organic Italian Herb Spaghetti Sauce Mix

slices whole wheat bread

sliced cheese such as Gouda, pepper jack, or Swiss

Directions:

In a mixing bowl, combine tomato sauce and Italian Herb Spaghetti Sauce Mix. Reserve 1/2 cup.
Lightly butter both sides of bread and, in a skillet on medium heat, lightly brown both sides of bread.
Add cheese slices and 2 tablespoons sauce mix to one slice of bread. Top with another lightly browned slice of bread. Repeat until 6 sandwiches are made. Serve with the reserve sauce for dipping.
