Ingredients:

oragnic maple sugar

organic frozen strawberries

tablespoon
organic gelatin

Directions:

1 tablespoon Organic Gelatin dissolved in 1/4 cup cold water
Mix in saucepan 1/2 cup water, with 1/4 to 1/2 cup granulated maple sugar
1 cup organic or frozen strawberries quartered.
Bring to a boil.
Whisk in gelatin, mixing thoroughly and then refrigerate for four hours. Serve as is or with ice cream or whipped cream (organic of course). Better than Jello!
