Wine Mousse
Ingredients:
9 Egg Yolks, 1 cup Icing Sugar, 1/2l white wine, 12 GoBIO! Gelatin Sheets, 14oz Whipping Cream
Directions:
Whip egg yolks and Sugar over a bowl of hot water until creamy. Heat the wine and dissolve Gelatin Sheets in it. Mix with egg/sugar mixture. Let it cool. Whip up whipping cream. Fold the whipped cream into the cold egg/wine mixture when it starts to thicken. Pour into bowl or serving dishes. Chill for at least 3 hours.
