Ingredients:

uncooked sprouted green lentils

whole kernel corn

vegetable broth

tomato sauce

crushed tomatoes

medium onion, chopped

medium green bell pepper, chopped

chili powder

allspice
- 1/2

cumin

Directions:

Combine all the ingredients (except the corn and tomato sauce) in a 2-1/2 quart pot and boil over high heat.
Reduce the heat to low, cover and simmer for about 20-25 minutes. Stir in the tomato sauce and corn. Simmer for approx. 10 more minutes. Serve hot.
