Directions:

Cook truRoots Sprouted Mung Beans according to package directions. Drain, rinse with cold water, and drain well.
Transfer mung beans to the bowl of a food processor. Add lemon juice, olive oil, and salt. Process until smooth, scraping down the sides of bowl as needed.
Serve with crackers or crudite with vegetable sticks. Drizzle with additional olive oil or sprinkled with herbs, cumin or paprika, as desired.
