Pamela's gluten free mix

warm water
- 1/3
cup
milk
- 1
tablespoon
vinegar
- 1/4
cup
oil
- 1
tablespoon
dark molasses
- 1
each
yeast

Directions:
|
1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Mix on medium speed for 3 minutes.
3. Use 1/2 of the dough for each loaf.
4. Place on greased baking sheet.
5. Use oil or non-stick spray on dough to shape loaves.
6. Let dough rise one hour, then slash cuts in loaf.
7. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 375 degrees.
Loaves can have seeds (sesame, poppy, sunflower) added to top before baking.
Try using fine fine corn meal on cooking sheet to give the bottom of the loaf added texture.
