cooked green lentils

Directions:

In a heavy skillet heat the canola oil and gently saute the onions. Add all remaining ingredients except the cheese. Mix well and pour into the casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake at 375 degrees F for 30 minutes. Serve hot as a main dish. Makes 6 servings.
