Pamela's Chocolate Chunk Cookie Mix

butter
- 1 egg
or egg replacer, prepared

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350. Soften butter in bowl. Add Pamela's mix and one large egg or prepared egg replacer and mix until completely incorporated. Dough will appear dark and slightly crumbly. Press together heaping tablespoon dollops and place on greased cookie sheet. Lightly flatten and bake for 16 to 18 minutes. Yield: 18 to 20 cookies
