raisins

canola oil
- 1/2

lowfat milk

vanilla

carob or chocolate chips (optional)

Directions:

In a large bowl, sift together flour, sugar, salt, soda, nutmeg and cinnamon. Stir in oats, raisins and chips. In a separate bowl, beat eggs and stir in oil, milk and vanilla. Add to dry ingredients and mix well. Drop from tablespoon 2 inches apart on a lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F for 13-15 minutes.
Makes 4 dozen cookies.
