Arrowhead Mills Adzuki Beans
- 6 1/2

water
- 2
cup
brown rice
- 1/2
teaspoon
sea salt
- 1/2
cup
chopped parsley or sea vegetable
- 1/2
cup
chopped scallions or small onions

Directions:

Wash beans and bring to a boil in water. Reduce heat and simmer (covered) for 30 minutes. Add rice and sea salt. Bring to a boil again. Simmer for 1 hour (covered). Add last two ingredients. Serve hot with soy sauce. Serves 6.
