Directions:

Oil an 8 inch spring form pan or pie plate. Using a food processor, grind crackers to fine crumbs. Add oil and maple syrup and pulse until combined. Press crumbs into the pan, extending up the sides. To prevent the crumbs from sticking to fingers, cover them with a piece of plastic wrap and then press. Pie crust may be chilled or baked.
Chilled Crust - Chill crust thoroughly and fill with your favorite filling. If filling with a cooked filling, allow the filling to cool before pouring into pie crust. Baked Crust - Lightly prick bottom of crust with a for. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 10 minutes. Let crust cool completely before filling with your favorite filling.
