Large Portabello Mushrooms

Simply Boulder Lemon Pesto

Directions:

Remove the stem from the mushrooms. Poke holes in mushrooms with a fork or toothpicks. Place in plastic bag with enough Lemon Pesto sauce to coat the mushrooms and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Remove mushrooms from bag and discard marinade. Place on preheated grill for 5 minutes per side. As its cooking, brush additional lemon pesto on the mushrooms as a glaze.
